Ok, enough complaining. I think they look good. They help unify the walls by bringing the blue color over to that wall. Plus, they are quite functional and give us more storage space in the room.

Painting is a chore!
...but, I finally got the shelves done and hung them up tonight. Making the shelves and installing the shelves combined took much less time than painting, drying, steel wool-ing, and second-coating! I can't wait for the letters that will decorate the other wall... ;-)
